What is Validol (Validol) used for? Validol (Menthyl Isovalerate) is a natural anti-anxiety agent with a mild sedative effect. Validol also causes moderate reflex and vascular dilation. Validol is extracted from valerian root and menthol, and can be used to relieve stress and anxiety. Validol is less habit-forming than other anti-anxiety treatments. Anxiety, nervousness, panic attacks, hysteria, rapid heart beat, chest pain, hyperventilation, nausea, and motion sickness can all be treated with Validol. Validol works very fast, usually having a calming effect in less than 5 minutes. How should I use Validol (Validol)? Validol comes in a pack of 20 x 60mg sublingual tablets. Validol is a sublingual tablet. Do not swallow these whole, or crush or chew the tablets. Place a tablet under your tongue and wait for it to dissolve completely. Take the tablets as required. You should notice a relaxing and sedative effect within approximately five minutes. If you do not, or you are still feeling anxious, you can repeat the dose. Do not take more than ten tablets per day. |
