Some people on blood thinning medication such as Warfarin have trouble with their blood clotting. This is particularly important if they are about to have surgery. Kenadion is a procoagulant factor that can reduce bleeding in these cases. It can also be used by people with certain bone formation disorders. How should I use Kenadion (Phytomenadione)? Kenadion (Phytomenadione) should be not be self-administered. It should only be injected by a doctor or a nurse.
